    From aligning executive teams to spearheading key projects, you'll be at the forefront of driving the organisation to new heights.

    The ideal individual will thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at stakeholder management, and possess a keen eye for efficiency and detail.

    This is a hybrid position, with typically two days per week based in the office in Tamworth (usually a Tuesday and Wednesday, but flexibility required), and the rest from home.

    This role will include working closely with the CEO on the execution of the vision and strategy, ensuring action plans are in place to deliver initiatives, monitor progress, and mitigate risks.

    In addition to this, you will also support the alignment of the Executive and Senior leadership team, driving discussions and enabling clarity of priorities and goals.

    Holding teams accountable, removing barriers, and monitoring progress.


    Project Leadership:
    Leading key projects under CEO sponsorship


    Stakeholder Management:
    Building coalitions, influencing, and resolving complex problems with stakeholders


    Line Management:

    Stakeholder Management:
    Interpret and communicate data, and assess opportunities and risks
    Significant commercial experience
    Project management experience
    Flexibility for occasional UK travel.
