    Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services.
    Provide technical guidance and support to clients, resolving any issues or challenges they may encounter.
    Develop and implement account plans to achieve growth and expansion targets.
    Conduct regular account reviews and performance evaluations to ensure client satisfaction and retention.


    Qualifications:
    HND or above in Engineering or related field.
    Proven track record in account management, demonstrating success in building and maintaining client relationships.
    Strong technical aptitude and understanding of software and hardware solutions.
    Experience with CRM software and account management tools is a plus.
