    What wedo

    Revalue supercharges the worldsleading naturebased carbon projects developers. We provide themwith the required technical support and competitive financing to gofrom the initial rapid assessment of potential project areas to thefirst carbon credits issuance and beyond. This is underpinned byour proprietary tech which creates a stepchange in accuracy speedautomation and level ofinsights.

    Tasks

    Whatare the key responsibilities of the role

    ProjectDesign:

    • Oversee the design oflandscapescale carbon projects with a focus on Africa Latin Americaand Asia Pacific.
    • Ensure all elements ofproject design adhere to highqualitystandards.
    • Take a holistic approach to projectdesign considering carbon impact biodiversity economic factors andstakeholder
    • Implement astrong subject focus on conservationprojects.

    Leadership and TeamManagement:

    • Lead and manage a team ofprofessionals within the Designfunction.
    • Foster a collaborative and innovativeteam culture.
    • Work closely with other Directorsto align efforts and achieve overarching organisationalgoals.

    QualityControl:

    • Implement and maintainrigorous quality control measures throughout the project designprocess.
    • Ensure that all designed projectsalign with the organisations mission andgoals.

    StakeholderEngagement:

    • Collaborate with thePartnerships team to engage with relevant stakeholders ensuringtheir input is considered in projectdesign.
    • Build and maintain strong relationshipswith external partners communities andorganisations.

    Innovation andChange:

    • Be a rule breaker and acatalyst for change in the carbonmarket.
    • Demonstrate adaptability and theability to turn challenges intoopportunities.
    • Instigate positive change withinthe organisation and the broadermarket.

    Requirements

    Whatdo we expect from you

    • Advanced degree in a relevant field(e.g. environmental science conservationbiology).
    • Significant experience in designinglandscapescale projects.
    • Proven experience inteam management and leadership roles.
    • Deepunderstanding of landscapes conservation and environmentalsystems.
    • Ability to think outside the box andinitiate change in the current market.
    • Capacityto turn ones hand to various tasks andchallenges.
