    As we expand, we seek a skilled Electrical Contracts Manager to join our vibrant team.

    As an Electrical Contracts Manager, you will oversee and manage sizable refurbishment projects from start to finish. Your role is vital in ensuring projects are delivered promptly, within budget, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

    Responsibilities:
    • Lead and oversee electrical refurbishment projects in commercial, healthcare, and education sectors, ensuring timely completion and meeting quality standards.
    • Supervise and coordinate work among engineers, subcontractors, and project team members.
    • Act as the main client contact, fostering strong relationships, addressing client needs, and providing regular updates.
    • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring proper documentation and tracking of project activities.
    • Implement quality control procedures to meet regulatory standards and client requirements.
    • Ensure project compliance with health and safety regulations through site inspections and risk assessments.
    • Monitor project finances, prepare reports, and manage budgets efficiently.
    • Identify and mitigate project risks for successful delivery.
    Required Qualifications:
    • Extensive experience as an Electrical Contracts Manager in building services.
    • Strong track record in managing refurbishment projects in various sectors.
    • Profound knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
    • Proven ability to lead project teams effectively.
    • Financial acumen with budget management experience.
