Job Title: Senior Project Manager - Residential Projects
Salary: £60,000 + Package
Location: East London

Our client stands out as an independent practice in the region, offering a comprehensive suite of services covering the entire property lifecycle. With a focus on building services, the firm specialises in delivering commercial and residential projects across London. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a team managing residential projects for HNWI, esteemed developer, and equity fund, including new builds, extensions, and refurbishments.

Responsibilities:

Manage residential projects from inception to completion, overseeing all aspects of project delivery.
Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead project teams, coordinating activities and resources to achieve project objectives efficiently and effectively.
Conduct general building surveying duties, including pre-acquisition surveys and defect analysis.
Perform Project Management duties such as Employee Agent responsibilities, contract administration, and tendering.
Manage projects across all RIBA stages, maintaining adherence to quality, budget, and schedule requirements.
Oversee both Design & Build and traditional contract management processes, ensuring compliance and best practices are followed.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of consultancy experience within the residential sector.
Proven experience leading teams, demonstrating strong leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency across all RIBA stages, with a comprehensive understanding of the residential project lifecycle.
Experience in both Design & Build and traditional contract management methodologies.
Prior experience as an Employee Agent is essential, with a track record of successful project administration.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
