This is an exciting position which will involve overseeing the key elements to the weekly Corporate Welcome / Trust Induction and welcoming new starters to the Trust and helping to embed the Trust core values.
The role will involve liaising with departments such as Recruitment, Resuscitation Team, Fire Training Team and the Executive Team to organise the weekly Corporate Welcome / Trust Induction programme and the preparation of materials and communications for this event.
The successful candidate will then take part in running the face to face Corporate Welcome / Trust Induction event each week along with other staff from the department.
The role also encompasses management of the small Study Leave team and associated activities.Diversity and social care is at the core of what we do as the Trust provides Community and Acute Services to over half a million people in an urban centre that demands massive regeneration and has substantial premature mortality.
Our new acute hospital, the Midland Metropolitan University Hospital (MMUH), opens in 2024 and will provide care to our local population from first class, purpose-built premises.
The development of the new hospital will play an important role in the regeneration of the wider area and in improving the lives of local people and reducing health inequalities.
Professional training qualification or preparedness to undertake within first year in post
GCSE or equivalent in English
EExtensive administrative experience working at a senior level supporting senior managers
Experience of training, design and delivery of a range of subjects to diverse groups
Analysing data and producing reports.
Experience working in a Learning and Development Environment
Management Skills
Good planning and time management skills
