- Working with the offsite shared service centre to ensure the transactional requirements are delivered within the agreed SLA's.
- Manage the employee life cycle activities for all employees which would include checking and validating payroll inputs for all countries.
- Manage benefits administration and manage all third party portals and providing the relevant information as required for reporting purposes.
- Maintain HRIS and supporting systems to ensure data integrity.
- Filing and maintenance of records.
- Assist with the onboarding and offboarding process for employees.
- Supporting internal auditing to ensure optimum quality standards and identify potential process improvements.
- Manage the EMEA HR mailbox.
- Complete defined tasks accurately and thoroughly within time expectations and quality standards.
- Facilitate cross-functional interaction and work closely to achieve the business's objectives.
- Escalate issues where and when appropriate.
- Previous experience in a similar HR role.
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills across a variety of levels within a business.
- Demonstrate awareness of general industry standards and legislation.
- High level of drive, motivation, and enthusiasm coupled with a positive approach and can-do attitude.
- Ability to cope with rapid and frequent business change.
- Tech Savvy – with high capability with Excel, informational systems, and Office 365.
