We cater to a variety of events and provide a range of services from a simple tea and coffee service to full-blown celebratory banquets.

The role
As our Catering Sales Planner, you will drive sales through good client relations and knowledge of the catering offer. You will drive additional sales to ensure that we maximise our opportunities for all events.

You will play a key role assisting with the implementation of a new online ordering portal and use this portal for driving additional revenue streams, maintain contact with clients and respond to clients communications within an appropriate timeframe.

You will work with the Catering Management Team to review our offer and propose new ideas for improvement and additionally, maintain strong interdepartmental relationships to ensure that the catering proposal works in line with clients requirements from the perspective of other departments within HCC
