An exciting job opportunity has arisen to join our business as our Continuous Improvement Coach and we are looking for a tenacious individual who can identify ways to improve processes and service delivery, whilst building trusted relationships
.
The role will provide a coaching approach to continuous improvement where they work with colleagues to support them in making improvements to processes, systems, and policies.
The role is also responsible for ensuring that transformation is embedded into the operation for long term success.
Part of Acacium Group, our Community Health businesses are made up of Xyla Elective Care, CHS Care Assessment, Xyla Health & Wellbeing, Xyla Community Services and Xyla Digital Therapies.
These market-leading preventative health and clinical care services include preventative healthcare, elective care, screening and care assessment services across physical and mental health.
Together, they provide innovative solutions and digitally enabled services focused on delivering services in the community wherever possible.As our Continuous Improvement coach, you will
- Continuously review process & data to identify key areas for improvement and constructively challenge the status quo to drive the best result for the business
- Ensure that change has structured measurement plans in place
- Communicate plans effectively so that large scale changes are embedded and adopted across the business to ensure maximum benefits are achieved and sustained
- Give regular scheduled updates to key stakeholders within brand and across the business, to showcase progress future plans and results

- Excellent stakeholder and communication skills must be credible and able to comfortably flex their approach to different stakeholders/situations
- Ability to analyse, maintain and improve organisational performance with a proven track record of delivering these areas
- Organise and prioritise their workload to deliver results at pace
- Proven successful delivery within multifunctional teams
