    Job Title: HR Administrator

    Acacium Group's People Shared Service Centre is seeking an organized and personable individual to join their team. As an HR Administrator, you will ensure top-notch employee experience, handle various people transactional processes throughout the employee lifecycle, and serve as the primary point of contact for people-related queries.
    In this role, you will manage offer letters, contracts, and pre-employment checks efficiently, maintaining compliance with policies and regulations.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Draft and issue offer letters, contracts, and e-learning modules for new employees
    • Maintain reference checking system and ensure compliance standards
    • Process contractual changes accurately and timely
    • Handle inquiries professionally and promptly
    • Administer maternity/paternity/adoption cases
