    Job Description

    Collaboration is key in this role, as you'll work closely with our Hard FM Manager, Team Leader, Helpdesk Administrators, and other team members, as well as liaising with medical, nursing, and client staff to fulfill your duties effectively.

    We're looking for someone who is skilled, proactive, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team. If you're ready to take on a diverse range of maintenance tasks and contribute to the efficient operation of our facilities, we want to hear from you.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Repair and maintenance of all building services plant and building fabric within your core trade and of a multi skilled nature that is within your capability
  • Accurate completion of Log Sheets and PPM and Reactive Task Sheets and timeous return of same ensuring minimal penalties are imposed on ISS within our contract
  • Respond to Tasks allocated by Concept Helpdesk and communicated to you
  • Participate in the development of new processes procedures and service requirements within the scope of your duties
  • Work to a permit to work system where required ensuring all safety standards are maintained
  • Liaise with Trust staff as required ensuring first class customer service standards are delivered and maintained

    • Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

  • Post apprenticeship experience
  • Minimum C & G craft qualification in core trade
  • Health and Safety Training in relevant areas
  • HTM knowledge preferred
