- Processing account customer Orders and invoicing
- Confirming orders and stock situation and expected delivery dates
- Processing returns including issuing credit notes as required
- Answering customer enquires both by phone and email
- Dealing with Warranty claims and product queries
- Online customer service
- Customer Service experience within an office required
- Professional, organised, and resourceful with excellent attention to detail essential
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Advanced Microsoft Excel would be desirable
- Ability to work on your own and part of a team
- Be accurate with excellent numeracy and literacy skills
- A strong communicator
- Knowledge of Amazon systems and Market Places desirable
- Experience with SAP would be an advantage
