    Coordinate with Independent Financial Advisors to ensure smooth administrative operations
    Manage client documentation, including account opening, transfers, and updates, with precision and attention to detail
    Act as a reliable point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and providing exceptional customer service
    Collaborate with the compliance team to ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and industry standards
    Maintain accurate records, generate reports, and perform data analysis to support decision-making processes
    Contribute to the development and implementation of streamlined administrative procedures and systems

    Demonstrated experience in financial administration desired but not essential
    Proficiency in industry software and platforms, such as CRM systems and document management tools
