    Job Title:
    Children's Homes Team Leader

    You'll be there for the highest highs and lowest lows, helping our young people reclaim their childhoods and guiding them towards becoming well-rounded adults.

    Our homes provide a nurturing environment for young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs. Our goal is to achieve the best possible outcomes for those in our care.

    As a Team Leader, you will be instrumental in the daily care of our young people, ensuring smooth operations and creating lasting memories.

    We are looking for individuals who can connect with and build relationships with our young people.

    As part of our team, you'll receive one of the best salary and benefits packages in the care sector, including:
