    Details of Finance Assistant

    • Salary: 50,000 Per Annum
    • Hours: Full Time
    • Duration: Permanent
    • Location: Wolverhampton

    Responsibilities

    • Provide leadership and guidance to staff members
    • Ensure high-quality care for young people
    • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and take the lead on safeguarding matters
    • Responsible for training, supervision, and advice to support the development of the children's residential home
    • Manage the home's budget and ensure regulatory compliance
    • Oversee referrals and occupancy, staying updated on regulations

    Requirements

    • At least 2-3 years of experience in residential children's care
    • Level 5 leadership and management in residential care
    • Deep understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in the child care sector
    • Previous experience in a care or assisted living setting
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
    • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
    • Strong OFSTED regulatory knowledge
    • Valid UK driving license
