    As Property Manager, you will lead and take ownership of all day to-day operations of 387beds across 2 of their attractive and high-quality properties.

    Manage the overall sales for the property on an annual basis, working closely with Regional Manager and Marketing Team.

    ~ Be able to effectively manage cleaning and maintenance contractors.

    ~ To organise and deliver a range of social events throughout the calendar year.

    ~ Identify and correct potential liability issues with the physical facility, employees and students.


    Well, you need an understanding of Health and Safety legislation and data protection principles and how these relates to student accommodation.

    ~ Successful experience in managing operations within the property sector.
