- Manage a field sales team of key account managers and develop all external and internal relationships to strengthen a competitive position
- Continually assess and correct business performance, to ensure the Co. meets or exceeds customer and business expectations.
- Manage contract and price negotiation.
- Manage and coordinate internal processes and procedures, ensuring that account management is aligned to all supporting departments.
- Complete financial reporting including budgets, forecasts, and costs.
- Accountability for both short- and long-term customer objectives
- Store & Online sales strategy and implementation of new product launches etcRequirements
- 3 years+ NAM brand experience for high street retailers ( Homewares, Lighting is a prerequisite)
- Track record of success
- Strong trading and procurement understanding

- Keen interest in business development

- Experience of domestic lighting products and market sector highly desirable
- Proficiency in all key MS applications essential
