    Description

    Summary:

    We are looking for an experienced Remortgage Advisor to join our client, covering the London area. As a Remortgage Advisor, you will play a key role in helping our clients achieve their financial goals by providing expert advice and guidance on remortgage solutions. Responsibilities include generating and maintaining client relationships, maximizing opportunities, and thriving in a stimulating environment.

    Essential Skills and Qualifications:

    • CeMAP qualification or equivalent experience
    • Minimum of 2 years' professional mortgage and protection advice
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients
    • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
    • High attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Effective time management and organizational skills

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Generate and maintain client relationships
    • Understand clients' financial situations and mortgage history
    • Assess current mortgage terms and conditions
    • Analyze client's financial situation for remortgage eligibility
    • Stay informed on mortgage market and products
    • Compare mortgage deals and offer personalized advice
    • Assist clients with application process
    • Negotiate with lenders for favorable terms
    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations
    • Provide ongoing support and communication to clients
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation
    • Stay updated on industry changes and trends
    • Pursue professional development opportunities
    • Prioritize client's best interests
    • Act transparently in all dealings
