    Expected skills and duties for the position of a Delivery Consultant include;

    Key Delivery expert in generating and interacting with best-calibre candidatesnIdentifying talent for relevant vacanciesnInterviewing, assessing and qualifying relevant candidatesnProactively market outstanding profiles both internally and externallynResponsible for positing vacancies on suitable job boardsnAbility to use CV job boards and proficient with LinkedInnKnowledge of Boolean searching and ability to identify key strings to generate passive candidatesnAbility to confidently attract candidates via email, telephone and online callsnPresent candidates to specific vacancies in a professional mannernProvide detailed interview preparation and de-briefsnAbility to work to deadlines and often, under pressurenFocus on key activities and outcomes to support the targets set for the team and company

    Hugely advantageous to have prior recruitment experience, ideally within a professional services division but not essential.
