    Description

    Our client is a leading business application specialist offering CRM and ERP solutions to clients in the UK and abroad. They have a 30-member team and have been a Microsoft Partner for over 25 years. They are currently in need of a Senior Business Central Consultant to join their dynamic team that is rapidly growing. The position allows for remote work.

    • Senior Business Central Consultant

    Salary: £70-80K plus a comprehensive benefits package

    This role is remote, and you must be based in the UK and be a British citizen to be considered.

    Key Qualifications:

    The ideal candidate will be a seasoned Business Central consultant with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a reseller, consultancy, or customer delivery setting. The role involves client-facing software implementation, necessitating strong technical knowledge, presence, and the ability to tailor Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Microsoft Dynamics NAV) to meet client needs. Additional qualifications required:

    • Minimum 3 years of experience as an implementation consultant
    • Proficiency in NAV, Business Central, and SQL Server
    • Thorough understanding of ERP Processes
    • Experience in solution design, documentation, training, and analysis
    • Expertise in software testing, including Unit testing, UAT testing, and User Story testing
    • Background in the distribution sector, particularly in logistics and Omni channel sales
    • Experience in integrating with other applications
    • Familiarity with C/AL, preferably with NAV C/AL coding experience & AL
    • Strong project experience in implementation and migration
    • Adept at utilizing and training Customers on BI tools such as Jet and Power BI
    • Excellent communication skills across all levels of an organization
    • Comfortable working remotely

    Optional but beneficial qualifications for this role include:

    • Finance background
    • Coding skills

      • Job Role and Responsibilities:

      As a Senior Business Central Consultant, your primary responsibility will be working remotely to implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Microsoft Dynamics NAV) as a replacement for an outdated ERP system. Additional duties include:

      • Managing software implementations and projects from initiation to customer approval
      • Engaging in discovery, design, planning, and deployment activities
      • Configuring the Business Central application to suit the customer's environment
      • Providing consultancy services for pre-sale, analysis, implementation, and support
      • Contributing to enhancing business processes
