    Base:

    Hybrid – part home working, part based at ICB offices in Derby, and required to travel to sites throughout Derby and Derbyshire as needed.

    This new role will lead on the delivery and co-ordination of one of the 10 ICS People Functions, "Supporting system design and development".

    You will work closely with the ICB Chief People Officer, ICB, NHS and ICS Executive Teams and OD Leads across the system to develop and implement OD programmes and initiatives that support the development of the ICS and the implementation of the Integrated Care Strategy and NHS Joint Forward Plan.

    A confident and assured OD practitioner, you will have excellent facilitation and interpersonal skills, a track record of collaborative and partnership working and experience of delivering and commissioning large scale culture change programmes and smaller scale development interventions.

    The organisational development approach creates a system-wide culture that: is driven by purpose; implement OD programmes and initiatives that support the development of the ICS and the implementation of the Integrated care Strategy and NHS Joint Forward Plan.

    Educated to masters level or equivalent level of experience of working at a senior level in specialist area

    Extensive knowledge of specialist areas, acquired through post graduate diploma or equivalent
