- Supporting the Services Manager in developing accessible, non-judgmental, and confidential services that empower service users on their journey towards recovery.
- Provide guidance and support to management team at all levels as they assist their direct reports through transitional change by delivering clear presentations and messages to staff, service users, commissioners and stakeholders.
- Providing leadership, supervision, and performance management to achieve quality outcomes in line with service-level agreements.
- Manage financial and budgetary commitments alongside the Service Manager, ensuring responsible management of resources.
- Considerable experience in management within the substance misuse sector, with a focus on delivering quality services.
- Demonstrate familiarity with performance management frameworks, effective governance and ensuring quality management practices.
- A comprehensive understanding of various recovery pathways within treatment and recovery systems, encompassing community and residential settings.
- Proven experience in project development, guiding service operations, managing contracts and providing supportive supervision to staff members.

We're excited to present a unique opportunity for a Deputy Service Manager with additional elements of an Implementation role. We're seeking a resilient individual who shares our dedication to recovery-focussed treatment and support.
Salary: £45, £50,346.75 dependant on experience
Hours: 37.5 per week
Responsibilities
As the Deputy Service Manager, your focus will be on the holistic wellbeing of service users, staff and stakeholders impacted by proposed changes in service delivery. You will assist in the operational workstream of the project development, implementing change management strategies whilst working collaboratively with local services to mobilise our vision outlined in the OHID bid. A primary responsibility will be to cultivate an outcome focussed recovery culture that promotes continuous improvement within our service.
