- Set up, program, and operate twin spindle, multi-axis CNC turning center's.
- Set up and operate CNC machines to Manufacture parts according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job orders.
- Perform basic math calculations to ensure accurate measurements and dimensions.
- Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
- Maintain and troubleshoot CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Previous experience of programming, setting, and running CNC Turning Center's, lathes with multi spindle and multi turret simultaneous machining.
- Essential in Mazak & Citizen Miyano machining knowledge
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of SolidWorks, CAD, and other software used in CNC programming.
- Familiarity with logic controllers and tooling used in CNC operations.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to use hand tools for assembly and adjustments.
- Essential that you have a strong knowledge of multi-axis turning and that you are used to working from bar and can design programs.
