- Handlingtechnical and sales enquiries from via the telephone and email of atechnical and sales nature in a prompt and efficientmanner
- Build lasting relationships with ourcustomers and suppliers
- Liaise with customersrelevant departments and any necessary third parties regardingproduct availability delivery times & other relevantcircumstances
- Attending Trade Shows and Companyled seminars (as and when required)
- Deal withall technical queries referred by the Sales Order Processingdepartment
- Provide capacity for processingsales orders as demand dictates
- Provide bothwritten and verbal quotations where necessary for Poolsproducts
- When instructed log in to telephonesystem to pickup overflow inbound telephone calls from Sales OrderProcessing Department
- Liaise with and to followup leads from External Sale Executives e.g. progress visit reportsand correspondence
- Promote product initiativesand assist in the promotion of designatedlines
- Previousexperience of businesstobusiness sales/technical support within theSwimming Pool Industry
- Account Management orprevious sales experience
- Technicalskills/practical thinker with a strong salefocus
- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiationskills
- Excellent time management andorganisational skills
