- Engineering experience in similar regulated environment
- Good awareness of Health and Safety
- Multi-Skilled in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
- Experience on steam boilers – blowdowns and water treatment.
- VSD's, motor controls and relay logic
- Domestic and low temperature hot water systems.
- AHU's, FCU's, chilled water and compressed air systems
- Working knowledge of "Permit to work" systems.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics and equipment manuals.
- Need to be flexible, as occasionally the need will arise to work outside standard office hours.
- Experience of CMMS and BMS systems.

We are partnered with a global pharmaceutical company who are looking for a multi-skilled handyman to join there site near London.
Role Summary
On call (1 in 6 weeks), including absences to cover holiday and sickness, as required.
Carry out routine planned preventative maintenance as required within critical and non-critical environments.
The closure of remedial and service requests
Work is carried out in accordance with current regulations and safety standards.
Monitor BMS for running equipment and responding to alarm conditions.
Investigate mechanical/electrical faults, identify root cause and corrective remedies.
Assist when and where required with installation work and small projects.
Provide support to other team members in accordance with experience and competencies.
