Here at The Leicester Wellbeing and Recovery Service, we provide support for anyone over the age of 18, who is experiencing difficulties with their mental health and emotional well-being, as well as their careers.
By providing information, advice, and support. Those individuals who access our service are supported to improve and maintain their mental health and emotional well-being.We aim for the individual to achieve personal goals, which will empower them to live meaningful lives within the community they reside in.
We offer:
Information, advice, and guidance:
We will offer information and advice and enable individuals to learn about mental health and well-being services in the local community.
We can discuss coping strategies and offer advice on things like benefits or relationships which are affecting an individual's personal well-being.
We run regular pop-up/drop-in information and advice sessions around the local area. One-to-one support with a trainedRecovery Worker:
working to improve mental health and achieve an individual's personal goals.
