    Are you an enthusiastic Sous Chef with a passion for top-tier culinary experiences? If yes, my client has the perfect opportunity for you to shine and elevate your culinary career.

    Your Role:
    • Assist our Head Chef and team in curating and serving high-quality, seasonal, modern classics with a premium gastro pub/fine dining touch.
    • Be the culinary wizard behind three main service periods daily: Breakfast, Lunch, and Tea, and occasionally charm at private family dining events.
    • Use state-of-the-art cooking equipment such as Thermo Mixers and Rational ovens.
    • Guide and supervise our diligent kitchen assistants.
    • Uphold our high standards in food hygiene and safety every day.
    • Engage in continuous learning, including IDDSI training, ensuring you're at the forefront of care-home culinary expertise.
    • Champion our commitment to providing residents with diverse dietary needs, including IDDSI Dietary meals.
    • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, striving always for excellence.
    • Support our ethos and policies on a smoke-free environment.
