- To lead the co-ordination, submission, compliance and management of all QA/QC activities and the resolution of QA/QC related issues on the M&E aspects of the Buildings. Submissions from the supply chain and establishing test and inspection for delivery of the works.
- Experience of Major Engineering projects.
- Knowledge and experience of working to UK and International Standards, and industry Codes of Practice.
- A formal qualification in Quality Management and Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, e.g. Bachelor or Master's Degree.
- NICEIC qualified and understanding of BS 7671 and Water Industry Mechanical and Electrical Specification.
- * Strong background and experience in Fabrication, Welding and NDE to National and International standards. * Competent user of modern office computer systems e.g. Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, Powerpoint. * CSCS Card Holder / SMSTS.Please note candidates will need to have a current valid right to work in the UK to be considered for this role.

Plus you'd join 9,000 people across 72 nationalities working on this exciting section of HS2 across the region.We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Quality Engineer (M&E) within the Route wide delivery team.
This role will be based on site in locations around Kingsbury and Lichfield The northernmost site of the West Midlands stretch of HS2 runs from Water Orton to Lichfield.
The sites are mainly rural and will link HS2 to the West Coast Mainline track.Role description:
