    Ourclient is recruiting for an IT Support Apprentice to join their team in Hastings,TN35.

    The Level 3 InformationCommunication Technician – Support apprenticeship programme that weare offering , will allow you tokick-start your career in an industry that is constantly evolving, dynamic andtransformational.

    The steps you take will provide you with valuable first-hand experience,knowledge, skills and qualification to help really drive your career forward.

    That can mean spottingtechnological innovations just as much as negotiating bespoke contracts orlower tariffs.

    As a completely independent business, they have the ability tonegotiate with all the major networks to identify and source the best qualityservice and the most cost-effective tariffs in the market.

    Monday to Friday – 9 to 17.As an IT support technician, you will support their customers withtheir day-to-day IT queries as well as making sure that all services aremaintained and up to date.

    This includes network devices, client machines, andcloud servers (AWS).

    Supportingcustomers over the phone and via email with day-to-day queries. Settingup IT and network devices for customers. Creatingand setting up intricate networks and ensuring they stay secure.


    Desired Qualities, Skills andKnowledge:
    Holds a driving licence. Hasa base knowledge on multiple operating systems (Mac OS/Windows/Linux). Hasknowledge of Microsoft products. Hasknowledge on popular cloud/on premise servers. Hasprevious experience in IT support. Iscomfortable answering the phone and conversing via email. Isa strong team player with ability to also work alone.

    Is able to be organised andable to structure your own working day Is a creative individual withthe ability to think outside the box to find solutions to complex issues.
