    Die Orell Füssli Gruppe ist in den Bereichen Sicherheitsdruck, industrielle Systeme, Buchhandel und Verlag tätig. Für unsere IT Abteilung am Hauptsitz in Zürich Wiedikon (exklusiv Buchhandel) suchen wir per sofort oder nach Absprache eine/n

    In dieser Funktion rapportieren Sie direkt an unseren Head of Group IT und entwickeln die Information Security Strategie der Orell Füssli Gruppe weiter. Sie sind verantwortlich für die Konzeption, Umsetzung und Einführung eines gruppenweiten Information Security Management Systems (ISMS). Ausserdem sind Sie Ansprechpartner für Fragen zur Cyber- und Informationssicherheit sowie für Themen des Datenschutzes. Sie werden stark in die Mitgestaltung und Erarbeitung von Konzepten zur Implementation und Optimierung der länderübergreifenden Informationssicherheitspolitik sowie deren Umsetzung eingebunden.

    Zu Ihren wichtigsten Aufgaben zählen:

    • Konzeption, Umsetzung und Einführung eines gruppenweiten Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) sowie Etablierung und Sicherstellung für die internationalen Zertifizierungen (ISO27001, FISMA)
    • Ansprechpartner für Fragen zur Cyber- und Informationssicherheit sowie für Themen des Datenschutzes im Tagesbetrieb für die Gruppengesellschaften in CH, DE, US, UK
    • Mitverantwortung für die ICT Security der Orell Füssli Informatik (Strategie, Engineering, Betrieb und Riskmanagement für Cloud und on premise Umgebung)
    • Schwachstellen in der ICT-Security identifizieren und die notwendigen Korrektur- und Schutzmassnahmen konzeptionell aufbereiten und aufzeigen
    • Vorbereitung, Begleitung und Nachbearbeitung von internen und externen Audits im Bereich der Informationssicherheitsthemen
    • Mitarbeit in ICT Projekten in Bezug auf die Informationssicherheit (Security Sign-Off). Analyse und Behandlung von Sicherheitsvorfällen (Security Incident Management)
    • Konzeption, Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Awareness- Sicherheitsschulungen
    • Erstellung und Überarbeitung von Richtlinien und Weisungen

    Wir wenden uns an eine umsetzungsstarke und selbständig arbeitende Persönlichkeit mit Durchsetzungsvermögen, welche gerne Verantwortung übernimmt. Sie sind ein kooperativer Teamplayer mit guten kommunikativen Fähigkeiten. Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und fliessende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Ihr Profil ab.

    Sie verfügen über einen höheren Abschluss in Informatik oder Wirtschaftsinformatik mit Spezialisierung in Informationssicherheit oder IT-Security und/oder gleichwertige Qualifikation in ISM. Auch haben Sie ein sehr gutes Grundverständnis in IT, IT-Security, Cloud-Security und Datenschutz. Sie bringen fundierte Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Umsetzung internationaler ICT- und Informationssicherheitsstandards wie zum Beispiel ISO/IEC 27001 und NIST Cyber Security Framework mit.
