- We are looking for a candidate with an interest in infrastructure investment, who enjoys building meaningful relationships, working in an agile and dynamic manner and is open to taking on progressively more responsibility for delivering team objectives.
- Contribute towards overall valuation analysis, including feeding into the building of financial models in addition to assessing key assumptions and sensitivities
- Prepare precedent transactions and comparable company analysis
- Prepare presentation of past company performance and growth trends, in addition to wider macro regulatory and industry factors, and other relevant topics as required
- Assist in preparing and documenting investment reviews and recommendations to the Infrastructure Investment Commitment (IIC) and/or investment presentations to existing or prospective clients
- Coordinate and work collaboratively with Hermes GPE COO Office and where relevant Client operations group (Risk & Compliance), as required, with respect to monitoring activities of selected existing investments and certain portfolio level activities
- Monitor financial and operational performance of selected infrastructure investments
- Assisting in developing, monitoring and reporting of strategic asset management activities on specific assets
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial models to support the independent valuation processD. Assist in preparing investment specific materials (including populating and managing data room, presentations and investment analysis) to existing clients or potential coinvestors
- Assist in managing customer relationship manager (CRM) systemsE. Share knowledge by communicating openly and frequently with the team and coordinating and entering information into internal databases for both existing and prospective investments
