    Description

    Hybrid Working between Horley and Home ( 4 days in office) - £25,000 - £27,000 per annum, dependent on skills and experience. (We are moving to Leatherhead, Surrey towards the end of the year)

    We are expanding our team due to increased demand and are on the lookout for a devoted Account Manager to join us. In this role, you will be facilitating connections among compassionate individuals who are committed to improving the lives of others every single day by matching clients with exceptional care providers.

    As an Account Manager, you will play a critical role in successfully matching our Clients and Carers, as well as retaining our existing client base. You will be responsible for nurturing relationships with both the Clients and Carers within a designated geographical area known as the portfolio.

    About the position

    As a Client Relationship Executive, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to engage clients effectively, ensuring exceptional service delivery and fostering enduring relationships. Your duties will encompass:

    • Managing a diverse portfolio of clients and caregivers
    • Pairing caregivers with clients based on their specific requirements and preferences
    • Providing guidance and assistance to clients throughout the care process
    • Responding promptly to inquiries from caregivers via incoming calls
    • Ensuring a seamless transition and efficient service delivery by providing accurate handovers to colleagues
    • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations and boost service quality
    • Being available for call out duties when necessary

    Work Schedule

    • Week one: 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM
    • Week two: 10:00 AM - 5:30 PM

    On-call weekends: Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (1 weekend out of every 12)
