    Based in our Cambridge office, this role will be responsible for interfacing with and supporting internal and external customers with all aspects of order processing and query resolution, contributing directly to the Company's ability to meet sales goals and revenue targets.

    Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for working with the customers and the commercial team to support processing orders in a timely and accurate manner.

    Deliver exceptional customer experiences in a timely manner through effective communication and responsiveness for customers, both internal and external.
    Contribute to the development of the ordering process to ensure company continues to provide an excellent customer experience.

    Develop basic product knowledge and a strong understanding of the shipping requirements by building a strong relationship with shipping and logistics.

    Follow the procedures set down in the SOP's for accurate and timely entry of all orders.
    Work as part of a team and adopt a flexible approach to increase and maintain the quality of service.
    Undertakes relevant project work and additional responsibilities as appropriate and agreed with the Head of Customer Services.
    Essential Competencies & RequirementsFluent in reading and writing German.
    Previous experience within a customer service role with proven ability to prioritize effectively.
    Outstanding listening, verbal and written communication skills required.
    Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required.
    Precision and attention to details essential.
    Experience working with a customer relationship management system desirable.
