Role:
Field Service Engineer / Mobile HGV Technician
Hours: 45 hours per week | between 07:30 and 17:00 Monday to Friday

Join our team as a Field Service Engineer Your role involves repairing, maintaining, and servicing customer vehicles to the highest standards, both on-site and in our workshops.

From diagnosing faults to preparing vehicles for MOT inspections, your expertise will ensure top-notch service delivery.
You'll manage jobs efficiently, using PDA software for real-time logging and ensuring punctuality to commitments.

With a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, you'll comply with company procedures and ISO9001 standards, always striving to exceed expectations.

Familiarity with Fleet Management or Workshop IT systems
Relevant educational qualifications such as NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent Level 3 in Heavy Vehicle Service and Maintenance (or time served)
