The Role:

My client is a leading global Market Access Consultancy that operate across Pharmaceutical, Biotech and Medical Device companies. With close to 5000 completed projects over multiple decades, they are proven leaders in the industry and due to continued expansion and an uptake in exciting projects are looking for additional talent to join their newly formed UK Market Access Team.

Considering the company's ongoing expansion within market access and healthcare, they are in search of a motivated Senior Consultant to join a newly formed team as the third member who possesses a sincere enthusiasm for comprehending and articulating the significance of healthcare, with a self-starting attitude and the ability to operate in an entrepreneurial environment as the team grows in its size and client facing capacity.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently produce client – ready documents demonstrating how the project meet the clients' expectations and needs.
• Work closely with client's day to day, responsible for liaising on project management needs and expectations, responding to client requests and proposals, ensuring projects meet their expectations and designing & reviewing deliverables.
• Demonstrate strategic insights, identifying solutions and gaining clients confidence through workshops and stakeholder management.
• Create new business opportunities by proactively reaching out to prospective clients, pitching and reaching out to industry leaders.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Must be UK based in the South.
• Degree in Health Economics, Public Health, or a relevant life science discipline.
• + 3years' experience leading market access in a consultancy
• Experience leading and managing teams of people and projects day to day.
• Experience in Market Access, HTA Submissions, NICE consultation.
• Ability to foster new business opportunities with proven experience in responding to client requests and being proactive in leading business discussions.
• Excellent organizational skills Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
