    As we continue to grow, an opportunity has arisen, working within our highly collaborative global team, to provide administrative support to the HR Team and first-line guidance and knowledge to the business to help deliver a high level of People service across the entire Kinly UK Regions.

    Provide administrative support to the People Business Partner and key senior managers for UK & Ireland covering elements such as awards, gifts and one-offs in relation to people and training events and processes
    Oversee probation review administration and tracking
    payroll, starters and leavers
    Administer and update the SharePoint People site
    Co-ordinate employee training initiatives and accurately record of completed training programmes
    Initiating onboarding surveys and administer the system
    Process immigration and visa applications and provide support to both line managers and employees
    Strong administration skills and comfortable with data sets
