    Description
    Our client, a global European Investment Bank, is looking to hire a Senior Analyst/Associate to join their generalist M&A advisory team based in London

    As an Analyst/Associate you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of high-profile transactions, including M&A advisory, capital raising, and strategic advisory.

    You will be an integral part of deal teams, supporting senior bankers in executing transactions across sectors from inception to completion.

    This role offers exposure to complex financial modeling, industry analysis, and client interaction, providing a solid foundation for your career in investment banking.

    Conduct financial analysis, including company valuations, DCF modeling, and comparable company analysis.
    Perform due diligence, including review of financial statements, market data, and industry trends.
    Support senior bankers in deal execution, including transaction structuring and negotiation.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, accounting, and other external advisors.
    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
    ~3-5 years of prior experience a leading Investment Bank or advisory boutique.
    ~ Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and Excel.
    ~ Exposure to diverse sectors and geographies, with opportunities for career growth and development.
