    Description


    Our client, a reputable mid-market Investment Bank based in London, is actively seeking a talented and driven individual to join their team as a TMT M&A Senior Associate/Junior VP.

    With a focus on the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) sector, our client is known for its expertise in executing complex transactions and providing strategic advice to a diverse range of clients.


    Role Overview:

    As a TMT M&A Senior Associate/Junior VP, you will play a pivotal role in executing M&A transactions within the TMT sector.

    You will work closely with senior management and clients to identify opportunities, conduct financial analysis, and execute deals from inception to completion.

    This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in TMT M&A to take on a leadership role and make a significant impact within a dynamic and collaborative environment.


    Responsibilities:


    Lead and manage all aspects of M&A transactions within the TMT sector, including deal sourcing, due diligence, financial modelling, and negotiationConduct comprehensive industry research and analysis to identify potential targets, market trends, and competitive landscapesDevelop and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and other key stakeholders within the TMT sectorPrepare and deliver presentations, pitch materials, and other client-facing documentsMentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance and support as neededRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred5+ years of experience in investment banking, with a focus on TMT M&AProven track record of successfully executing TMT M&A transactions from start to finishStrong financial modelling and valuation skills, with proficiency in Excel and other relevant softwareExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and senior executivesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentIf you are a talented finance professional with a passion for the TMT sector and a proven track record in M&A, we want to hear from you.
