Inside Sales Executive£25k + basic and uncapped commission
Bracknell
Are you looking to embark on an exciting journey in the dynamic world of IT sales? We're seeking a proactive and driven individual to join a successful team as an Internal Sales Representative.
Also, if you enjoy team BBQ's, video gaming and participating in fun team events, along with uncapped commission and the opportunity to significantly increase your take home pay, this would also be the right place for you.
Sell IT hardware to end-users and businesses.
Manage and utilise customer database (HubSpot), developing an understanding of customer's business need's and ensuring the database is up to date and accurate.
Identify and cold-call potential new customers, develop them into active clients.Respond to telephone and email queries and prepare and agree quotations.
Ensure personal weekly/monthly sales revenue and margin targets are met and exceeded.
Ensure KPI's are met.
Extend and expand customer's purchasing of company's product range.
Liaising with Purchasing, Goods In and Out to ensure customer needs and expectations are met.
Attend and host occasional client meetings.
Key attributes:
1 year experience within a business development/sales role
Good telephone manner
Positive attitude/self-motivated
Good sense of humour
