    Account Director (IT Security) – Fully Remote - Up to £50,000 (£90,000 OTE)

    The Role:

    In this position, you will play a pivotal role in acquiring new customers by promoting an extensive range of my client's Cyber Security products and services while meeting specified business targets.
    Working within the highly competitive IT industry demands a strong work ethic, dedication, and a drive to succeed. Your confidence, tenacity, and reliability, coupled with a proven sales track record, will be vital. Additionally, a good understanding of IT will further enhance your success in this role.

    Job Responsibilities:
    • Manage the commercial relationship between my client and its Cyber Partners, overseeing approximately £1 million in annual revenue.
    • Promote Cyber Services to Tier 1 partners for penetration testing.
    • Identify and cultivate leads, generating a robust pipeline of opportunities to meet targets.
    • Establish strong rapport with accounts to understand their needs and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities for additional revenue.
    • Qualify new business leads and maintain the CRM database.
    • Cultivate partner relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Stay updated on market developments, portfolio updates, and prospects, reporting to senior management as necessary.
    Key Skills:
    • Strong sales skills with a focus on upselling/cross-selling and acquiring new partners.
    • Basic knowledge of the client's portfolio, including Data, UC, Mobility, Cloud, and Contact Centre.
    • Proficiency in security selling, including SIEM, EDR, MDR, SOC, and PEN Test.
    • Ability to manage the sales cycle and qualification process effectively.
