    PayFit is an intuitive cloud-based payroll and employee management solution designed specifically for SMBs.     Au sein de la grande divisionIT Corp, la "Information Security team" est chargée d'améliorer et de maintenir la sécurité de toutes les opérations de PayFit. Cette équipe est impliquée à tous les niveaux de responsabilité chez PayFit , qu'ils soiet technique ou non.PayFit a récemment obtenu une certification ISO 27001, faisant de la sécurité IT une partie intégrante de tous les processus internes. L'équipe compte à ce jour 16 personnes, réparties dans les domaines de la sécurité des applications, de la conformité, de l'informatique et de la gestion des incidents.

    Quel sera ton rôle ?

    Rejoins notre équipe afin de nous aider à aller plus vite et à être plus efficaces dans le soutien des équipes chez PayFit .Notre objectif est de fournir le meilleur support possible à tous nos utilisateurs.

    Voilà tes différentes missions :

    Participer au traitement des tickets de support provenant de tous les employés dans 3 pays différents par le biais de RDV sur place , de tickets de support, d'emails et de chats.

    Gérer de manière proactive plus de 1000 ordinateurs portables Mac et iPhones, en particulier du point de vue de la sécurité.

    Gérer et maintenir un inventaire de tous les ordinateurs, portables, imprimantes, mobiles, téléviseurs, téléphones, écrans LCD.

    Gérer les comptes et les droits sur tous les logiciels et services SaaS.

    Ce poste est fait pour toi si :

    Tu veux travailler au service des utilisateurs PayFit et tu as à coeur d'apporter des solutions.

    Tu te sens une appétence orientée Mac et tu es désireux de te former et d'apprendre.

    Tu es enthousiaste à l'idée d'avoir beaucoup d'outils de qualité mis à ta disposition pour travailler au mieux. - Tu es à l'aise avec la communication en anglais.

    Tu as le sens du travail en équipe, tu es toujours prêt(e) à aider les membres de ta team

    Tu sais maintenir un bon niveau de communication avec les autres.

    Tu fais preuve d'autonomie et de réactivité dans ton travail, tu es particulièrement fiable.

    Tu aimes et tu connais l'environnementtechet tu as une expérience passée dans le support informatique dans des PME ou TPE.

    Notre process de recrutement :

    1. Visio avec notre Talent Acquisition Specialist, Liam (30').

    2. Visio avec ton futur manager, Raphaël, Corporate IT Operations Manager ( 45').

    3. Visio avec 1 ou 2 membres de la Team Corpo IT (30')
