    Site Supervisor – Ventilation & Ducting

    Covering projects across the south of England

    £30,000 - £34,000 + company van & fuel card

    Position Summary:
    We are currently seeking on behalf of out client a skilled and experienced Supervisor with expertise in ventilation and ducting systems to lead their team of professionals. As the Industrial Climate Control and Ventilation Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of projects, maintaining high standards of workmanship, and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

    Responsibilities:

    • Supervise and coordinate the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial ventilation and ducting systems.
    • Lead and mentor a team of technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance.
    • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
    • Conduct site inspections to assess project requirements, identify potential challenges, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
    • Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and resources necessary for project execution.
    • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and address any issues or delays to ensure timely completion within budget.
    • Maintain accurate records of project activities, including documentation of work performed, materials used, and hours worked.
    • Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the team.
    Qualifications:
    • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in industrial climate control, ventilation, and ducting systems.
    • Proven leadership skills with experience supervising and managing teams in a construction or industrial setting.
    • Strong technical knowledge of ventilation and ducting principles, equipment, and installation techniques.
    • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
    • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Knowledge of electrical systems and maintenance practices is advantageous.
    • Relevant certifications or licenses may be required.
