Description
We're looking for a motivated Corporate Account Handler to join our Corporate team here at Packetts, who are proud to be one of the UK's most respected Insurance Brokers- and one of its oldest with a history dating back over 100 years.
We have specialisms in the training, not-for-profit, and insolvency sectors as well as looking after high net worth private clients.
Now part of the Jensten Group, you will be working in a team of 7 other Handlers, working on our Corporate book, and will be based at our Shipley office with Hybrid working options.
Utilise all leads provided to you by the company and develop new and efficient ways to increase the unit incomesTo understand client's business operations, opportunities and risks and their approach to risk management and insurance
Assist in team performance by regular communication with colleagues and manager to establish and raise concerns and provide solutions
As one of our Corporate Account Handlers you'll have excellent communication and written skills with a keen eye for detail.
Having a Commercial Insurance background experience (ideally in General Insurance), you will be responsible for your own portfolio of clients, renewal processes and mid-term adjustments, and new business broking.
You will be the type of person who wants to constantly develop, and you can expect fantastic career progression, training & development within the role and Insurance Industry in general.
Good general insurance background and knowledge - especially in Commercial InsuranceExcellent telephone manner, being able to network & build working relationships easily
