- Out of operating hours support for customer breakdowns on a Rota basis
- To ensure prompt answering of all incoming calls as per service centre terms
- To select qualified suppliers for service and repairs, prioritizing cost-effectiveness
- To coordinate breakdown incidents according to customer SLAs
- To track incidents through completion and update records accordingly
- To manage maintenance, breakdowns, and accidents for various equipment and contracts
- To liaise with key stakeholders for servicing and MOT requirements
- To maintain up-to-date maintenance records through the supplier portal
- To uphold procedures and report non-compliance
- To maintain a professional workplace image
- Fluency in German
- Experience in the motor vehicle industry, compliance experience beneficial
- Experience in a fast-paced customer environment
- Self-motivated with strong communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
- Well-organized with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Working Hours:
Pay: £26,000-£28,000 per Annum
There is an opening for a Maintenance Controller to collaborate within the Customer Service Centre team. The role involves managing maintenance for a variety of LGV/HGV vehicles under different customer contracts. The position is situated in South Normanton, Derbyshire.
