- Communicate effectively with other members of the team, families and stakeholders, where appropriate, to ensure continuity of care.

Are you interested in community nursing?
Being a Staff Nurse with Brandon isn't just about developing your nursing qualifications and experience. It's also about bringing an opportunity for freedom and fulfilment into the lives of people with different abilities.
The support we provide is centred around each person's values, preferences and needs. This includes developing daily living skills, accessing a wider community, personal care and medication needs. In this role you'll run shifts, manage the support workers and support the health needs of the individuals.
