- Oversee the scheduling of email campaigns, highlighting potential delays and suggesting changes when necessary.
- Liaise with clients to manage the lifecycle of projects, maintaining smooth communication and managing expectations.
- Support the Senior management team and Head of Marketing where nessasry.
- Work alongside the internal project team to generate and manage email promotions, driving user engagement and increasing reach.
- Regularly report on the performance of display ads, email campaigns, and social media marketing, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with our data expert to generate website reports for clients and internal teams, highlighting key metrics and trends.
- Contribute to the wider brand strategy, developing marketing campaigns to increase user growth and engagement.
- Proven experience in similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using ad platforms, email marketing tools, and social media management platforms.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Strong administrative skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
