Role is full time and permanent - 45hrs per week

Job Purpose:
To enhance customer satisfaction by providing technical advice and conducting vehicle inspections to diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles following approved technical procedures. This ensures optimal vehicle performance while upholding safety and compliance standards.
Deliver our client's Purpose, Principles, and Ambition (PPA) in all interactions with colleagues, customers, and prospects.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Provide exceptional technical advice, service, and maintenance on Ford and various other brand vehicles to customers.
Adhere to legislative protocols, company policies, manufacturer guidelines, and supplier requirements at all times.
Support Senior and Master Technicians, engage in continuous learning, and maintain accurate records.
Foster a supportive environment for colleagues aligned with our client's PPA.
Commit to continuous personal growth and improvement.
Ensure efficient service delivery while managing available resources effectively.
Essential Requirements:
Fully qualified – City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 or NVQ Level 2 or 3 or equivalent
Proficiency in process management, administration, and documentation.
Prior Automotive Technician experience is essential.
Possession of MOT Testing qualification and some experience in main dealership settings.
Ability to mentor, guide, and develop colleagues and junior team members, delivering exceptional technical advice and service to customers.
Valid full UK driving license for at least 6 months with fewer than 9 penalty points.
Valid 'Right to work in the UK'
