- Open and process of all enquiries and jobs
- General duties including typing, data input, filing, scanning, meeting minutes
- Correspond and communicate professionally with both internal and external Clients
- Update and utilise company systems – electronic and paper based
- Manage telephone calls and enquiries
- Processing of internal and external purchase requisition
- Preparation and submission of invoices
- Run reports from company systems
- Generation of status reports to Clients
- Preparation of shutdown planners
- Internal expediting duties Qualifications
- Qualification to SVQ3 in Administration and to minimum National 5 with work experience in a related discipline or Higher qualification or equivalent Experience
- Previous experience in an administrator role is essential Behaviours and skills
- Effective communication skills; both written and oral
- Experienced in using Microsoft packages
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work well as a team member and to take own initiative
