    We have an exciting opportunity for a Primary Care Clinical Lead role at Gatwick IRC to join our team.

    The detention centre is run for the Home Office by Care and Custody, a division of the Serco with Practice Plus Group providing healthcare services to all residents since September 2021..

    Our Primary Care and mental health team normally work long days which are
    30 pm with night shifts working 7 pm - 7.This position is full time 37.Bespoke induction, including our Introducing Health in Justice training course

    As the Clinical Lead and a member of the wider management team, you will be responsible for


    Providing the day-to-day clinical and operational management of the primary care health team across an integrated healthcare service, contributing to the strategic direction of the service.

    You'll be responsible to the Head of Healthcare, to ensure the management of the service meets its contractual obligations.

    The role will include providing challenge, support, and mentorship at the point of delivery, drawing the best from our staff, and improving the quality of care for our services.
