    Description

    Greenacre are pleased to be working with a large London council in their search for a Capital Works Programme Manager (Stock Investment Manager).

    What's the role?


    The Capital Works Programme Manager plays a key role in the delivery of up to £40m worth of capital projects per year.

    Providing management and leadership, you will work with your team of Contract Managers to design, develop and deliver the capital programme, reporting risks, opportunities and improvements through to the Housing Quality and Investment Leadership Team.

    The right candidate will have:

    • Previous experience of delivering major capital improvement works and worked in or around the Social Housing sector.
    • Be familiar with the statutory and non statutory consultation processes required for tenants and leaseholders in our stock and be able to demonstrate effective communication skills to residents during a consultation process.
    • The ability to work with and develop a team of like minded professionals will be essential, as will your ability to set expectations and manage performance of the team and individuals.
    • Above all, you need to be competent at developing relationships, internally and externally
